Last summer, an e-commerce client urgently sought help: the breakage rate of their new glassware during transportation was persistently high, and they urgently needed custom-made shock-absorbing packaging, with a requirement to present samples within three days. Upon receiving the request, the company immediately activated the cross-departmental collaboration mechanism - Xiao Li from the R&D team worked through the night to study the product dimensions and protection requirements, and combined with 46 patented technologies, came up with three shock-absorbing solutions by the early hours of the morning; Lao Wang from the production team voluntarily adjusted the production schedule and reserved the production line for sample making; the quality control team followed up throughout the process, repeatedly testing the shock-absorbing performance and compressive strength of the samples.
